What if I have already registered and hosted my website?

No problem. All you have to do is give us access so that we can connect our software to your hosting provider.

What is included in the content changes?

Content changes are changes to the content of your website – texts, images, updating prices or opening hours, etc. It does not include graphic design, SEO work, designing and creating new features and pages for your website, custom development or programming work.

What if I need more than 1 hour of changes per month?

This is not a problem! If you want changes that take more than 1 hour, we will inform you before we proceed. All further changes that month will be charged at our hourly rate of $50/hour. Alternatively, you can make simple changes yourself.

If I don't have a content change in one month, am I entitled to 2 hours the next month?

No, unfortunately not. The included 1 hour of content changes must be used in the respective calendar month.

How long do content changes take after I request them?

A maximum of 24 hours – in general! Rarely it can take up to 3 days. If you need an urgent change at a specific time, let us know in advance and we will schedule it into our workflow.

What are backups and why do I need them?

Backups are snapshots of your website (texts, media, designs, and plugins) that are saved regularly. This ensures that you can restore your website in case of errors or hacking.

What are backend updates?

WordPress, design templates and plugins are constantly updated to add features, fix bugs and close security issues – comparable to a smartphone app. Therefore, this software needs to be updated when new updates are available in order to function properly and securely.

What if I only need one-time changes to my website?

If you need only one-time content change done, it will be charged according to our hourly rate of 50€/hr. Website maintenance is specially designed for permanent support.

What are the terms of payment?

It’s simple: you will be billed on the 1st of each month for that month’s administration service. You can cancel the administration at any time – just let us know.

Do you also offer maintenance for websites that were not created by you?

Depends. We specialize in the industry leaders WordPress and Elementor Pro. If your website was created with this software, we will be happy to take care of its maintenance.
